Edge-Grain Cutting Board
This cutting board is made out of wood. That means grain patterns and slight color variations are unique to each board, and yours may look different from what you see online.
Since this item is made to order, it will take additional time for us to mill the lumber and create your board. We will, however, ship your product as soon as it's completed.
Long story short, it is the "side" of a board. Wider boards are cut into strips, turned on edge, and assembled together where those edges create a new "face". We cover the different orientations of boards in woodworking in our FAQ, if you would like to read more.
